Lab Assistant

Qualification:

• Diploma OR B.E in Electronics and Communication (ECE) or Electrical Engineering.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a lab environment, preferably in an industrial setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage laboratory inventory and documentation.

• Assist the technical team with equipment usage, test setups, and ongoing lab activities.

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and service support.

• Schedule and coordinate lab usage with different teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain lab usage reports, logs, and records.

• Ensure lab cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Support in lab maintenance, calibration, and equipment readiness.

• Assist the Program Head in arranging meetings (internal and visitors), coordinate visits,

preparing reports, follow-up activities, etc.

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with electrical/electronic lab equipment and testing procedures.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous, go-getter and do-what-it-takes attitude.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Prior experience in lab maintenance in an industry setting.
