The model follows an elegant workflow. A frontline health worker photographs a lesion on the patient's oral mucosa. The AI, trained on curated datasets for oral cancer screening from patients across India, classifies risk in real time. High-risk cases are routed immediately to remote specialist review. The worker acts on the recommendation with no specialist travel or specimen transport required.
