Finance Intern

Location: Bengaluru, Jalahalli

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally/Odoo).

• Support preparation and maintenance of basic financial statements and reports.

• Help track expenses and organize supporting documentation.

• Assist in preparing Utilization Certificates, Statements of Expenses, and related financial documents.

• Support bank reconciliation activities and verification of bank statements.

• Aid in creation and maintenance of accounting heads and sub-heads under supervision.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial data and documentation.

• Assist during audits by organizing records and required financial information.

Personality Traits & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and organization).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and inclination to tech. 

Preferred

• Exposure to accounting tools such as Tally ERP, Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, or financial documentation is an advantage.

• Interest in financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
