Senior Finance Associate
Location: Bengaluru, Jalahalli
Experience: 4–5 years
Responsibilities:
Doing daily financial entries at scale, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing, understanding Bank Reconciliation Certification and Bank Statements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, to maintain internal control and checks & balances.
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to optimize financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Attend periodic audits of financial procedures and documentation for statutory purposes.
Provide support in the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Required:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Experience in finance or accounting, demonstrating a robust understanding of financial principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to perform data analysis and generate reports
Preferred:
Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP 9.0, Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (including GST, Utilisation Certificate, Statement of Expenses, accounting, FCRA, domestic and international invoicing)
