Senior Hardware Design Engineer
Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
Design, debug, and support electronics for inertial navigation, sensing, and control products
Own hardware subsystems from schematic to bring-up and field testing
Work closely with firmware engineers to deliver integrated systems
Key Responsibilities
Design and review schematics for embedded and sensor-based systems
Support PCB bring-up, debugging, and validation activities
Work with IMUs, GNSS modules, RF components, power supplies, and mixed-signal circuits
Debug hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analysers
Support field testing, failure analysis, and design iteration
Contribute to design improvements for reliability and manufacturability
Experience in high-density routing for FPGA and microprocessor-based systems
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in embedded hardware or systems engineering
Hands-on experience with board bring-up and hardware debugging
Strong understanding of power, clocks, sensors, and digital interfaces
Comfortable working in lab and field environments
Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad
Preferred Skills
Experience with IMU, GNSS, RF, or sensor-heavy products
Exposure to calibration, testing, or manufacturing support
Background in aerospace, robotics, automotive, or defence systems
