QA Engineer
Background
ARTPARK is looking for an experienced (3-4 Years of experience) QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of its AI-driven digital platforms supporting environmental surveillance, disease modelling, and public health research.
The role involves designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for web and mobile applications, performing both manual and automated testing, identifying and tracking software defects, validating new features, and ensuring product quality across multiple releases. The candidate will work closely with the development team, product managers, and program managers to integrate quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle, improve test automation coverage, and support continuous delivery of stable and reliable software.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment. The candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality software and continuously improving testing processes and product reliability.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Test mobile (Android/iOS) and web features end-to-end, ensuring they meet requirements and function smoothly.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and regression suites for new and existing features.
Develop and run automation scripts for web, API, and mobile applications using tools like Selenium/Appium.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across all modules.
Log defects with clear reproduction steps, track their resolution, and collaborate closely with developers.
Use modern issue tracking and ticket tracking tools like Linear to centralise bugs and issue tracking and Slack for communication to coordinate with Engineering and Product team members
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, test coverage, and release readiness
Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on experience in QA testing for mobile and web applications.
Strong understanding of manual testing, test design techniques, and QA processes in the SDLC.
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Good experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST-based tools
Basic SQL knowledge to validate backend workflows and test data.
Understanding of AI and LLMs in the SDLC, and methods to ensure QA with a HITL
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in agile teams.
