About the team
You will be a part of the GenAI team at ARTPARK.
ARTPARK’s Gen AI team partners with several non-profits to solve problems and create impact on the ground by leveraging LLMs. Our focus includes projects that address real-world problems, such as our recent collaboration with Armman, funded by the Gates Foundation. It involved developing LLM bots to aid health workers in the field, demonstrating our commitment to practical and impactful AI applications.
Such is the impact potential of this initiative that it featured in Gates Notes, as one of “the coolest innovations” he saw at the event.
ARTPARK is a double winner of the Global Grand Challenge on Equitable AI, building LLM-based applications for societal challenges. Only winner in Google.org Challenge 2025.

Overview of the role:
We are looking for AI Engineers with advanced prompting techniques experience to join our team. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and tuning our Large Language Models (LLMs), collaborating with the Director of Machine Learning and our engineering team. Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and refine AI behavior via prompting with an objective of equitable and safe model performance for all users
Collaboration: Work closely with domain experts, product teams, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure prompts align with project goals and drive efficient execution of the machine learning roadmap.
Designing: scientifically rigorous experiments to continuously evaluate AI systems.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, and incorporate relevant techniques into our work.
Documentation: Document the process and outcomes of the model building and tuning process for future reference and reproducibility.
About You
An ideal candidate for the role of Prompt Engineer at ARTPARK will have the following qualifications and experience as minimum requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree with technical knowledge and experience
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and related recent advances like agentic frameworks and systems thinking based problem solving
An inclination towards learning exploring and producing high-quality work
Tinkerer and experimental mindset with focus on careful consideration of data, model, evaluation to make iterative, measurable progress.
Familiarity in advanced prompting techniques such as react prompting etc.
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-To-Haves
The following will give you an edge over others:
Prior experience in working with language models is highly desirable. Appreciation of equity and inclusion issues, particularly in relation to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Previous experience in projects involving the design, development, and deployment of ML models.
Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), LLM evaluation frameworks and methodologies etc.
