About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead who will be responsible for architecting and operationalizing the technical roadmap for ARC-Net’s projects. This individual will participate in leadership, manage milestones and operations for ARC-Net’s projects, and ensure impactful exchange between researchers and industry partners through students.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and operationalize technical roadmaps for AI projects.
Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to define goals,milestones, and deliverables.
Mentor student cohorts, fostering real-world exposure and technical excellence.
Ensure scalability and industry relevance of innovation focused solutions.
Contribute strategically to ARC-Net’s mission of translating research into invention.
Required Qualifications:
BTech/MTech in Computer Science.
Proven experience working with R&D focused cross-disciplinary projects.
Strong technical architecture and systems design expertise.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in industry–academia collaborations or technology transfer.
Exposure to innovation ecosystems and industry research partnerships.
Established network within AI/SaaS communities.
